"27SEPT.2023 I was greated as soon I entered the establishment. My food was at my table in several minutes after I ordered. I was pleased for my first visit. I’ve passed the sign on the highway and when I went to The Rural restaurant up the street a year ago."

"We grabbed breakfast here and it was absolutely terrible. It's been 2 hours and my husband is still sick. I guess they cook a bunch of food at some point and then microwave it and serve it to people. It was rubbery and unedible. I don't know how you mess up hash browns but they did."

"My sis and I stopped in Marshall's Diner as a pit stop on the way home from a Spartan race. We are so glad we saw the sign and chose this place. Upon entering, we were greeted with a smile by an older gentleman. He could see the panic on my face as we had been driving for 5 hours. He kindly pointed me in the direction of the restrooms and waited patiently for us to gather ourselves so that we could order. The bathroom was notably spotless! We ordered a french toast and bacon platter with a side of grits. Yes, breakfast for dinner as it was 8:25pm. A tuna melt with french fries and 2 sweet teas. The food was reasonably priced and ridiculously delicious! Everything came out fast, hot, and prepared perfectly. The hostess Chris and cashier Collin ensured we had all the fixings in our bags as we prepared to take our order to go. They were very accommodating and kind. I chatted with them prior to leaving and couldn't thank them enough for making my first visit to Marshall's Diner memorable. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised as it was close to the end of their work shift. They did not rush us! They were patient, very kind, and appreciative that we chose to eat here. Moments like this are exactly why I will always support smaller businesses over large chain restaurants. I highly recommend!"

It had a nice and cozy ambiance. The decor was simple yet charming, and the tables were spaced apart nicely for social distancing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Marshall Diner and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast in Marshall, VA. The great food, nice portions, and amazing service make this diner a must-visit. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu."
