"I bought a 12 piece chicken nugget. It was cold and just chunks of breading. Maybe had 3 pieces of nuggets. This isn’t the first time this has happen. I called and no one answered the phone. I called 16 times. Sheetz’s is down the street. There’s Arbys, McDonalds, Sal and Juno’s. I can find a different place to eat. This place is going down the tubes. Do better!!!"
"Our family stayed in a hotel and we went to get food we ordered a bucket of chicken and sides and biscuits. The chicken looked like it was good but I didn’t eat because we got biscuits and they are hard as a rock and they no butter, no honey and cold sides. I was looking forward to a good meal with my family not today…."

"I suggest that anytime you go through the drive through, fully check your order. They have screwed it up over a dozen times now. On my my most recent trip they never gave me either sides and screwed up the order in general."
"I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered over 50.00 worth of food and it’s horrible. My biscuits are smushed, chicken is soggy, my chicken strips are small enough to make one full one and I’ve tried calling ten times and no one can seem to answer the phone. Imagine that."
