"Clean and spacious space inside. Love the big open windows with the sunlight filtering through at the corner. This is a great place to just sit and chill and enjoy a hot beverage with a good book. Baristas are nice, no matter whether you order on the app for a pick up or in person."
"This is the worst Starbucks branch in the area regarding getting drink orders correct. Once in a blue moon, fine. But I swear, 80% of the time, something is messed up. I’m losing my patience. I’d understand if these drinks were at a normal cost but they are $6-$8 per drink. Repeating drink orders 3 times just to still get it wrong and I put orders in through the app as well and even when it’s written on paper, they still don’t read it. To top it off, when you hand it back, it’s a toss-up whether you’re going to get someone who is apologetic and takes accountability or someone who rolls their eyes with attitude. It’s just so off putting to go there."

"Spacious and modern Starbucks, lots of seating ranging from easy chairs with conversation areas to hi-tops for two. Baristas are friendly, fast and accurate. Coffees are delicious as expected. They seem to be fully stocked with baked goods and other food items also."
"I absolutely love this Starbucks!! Everyone is amazing however, Dominique is Fabulous! Every visit They make me feel so welcomed! My order of the Amazing Strawberry Frappuccino is always so Delicious and the fact that they know my order makes them even more Fabulous❤️!!! I love going into Starbucks and getting my yummy daily dose! You should too! It is definitely worth it! Look at this amazing drink Jess made me!! So delicious! She was so sweet the manager Dale (like the Rescue Rangers)!! With the super cool Laptop sticker is very nice and friendly just like everyone else!! Go to Stephens City Starbucks! You Gotta Love Grace! Still learning names but they all are still amazing!"
