"Complete orders that aren't missing at least one item are as rare as mobile app orders that this store doesn't cancel. Staff seems to take pride on making sandwiches like a pushed-over deck of cards. Only McDonald's I have ever been to with a noticable difference in quality to others, and its not in a good way. We have put up with it because its one of very few options to grab a bite very early or very late without heading up or down the interstate; no more. We'll never eat at any McDonald's ever again because of the consistent disappointment in Stephens City. Here's to eating something healthier and not having our money held for 5 days due to order cancellations."

"Just go up one exit to Kernstown and it’s way better!!!! This McDonald’s really is the worst…. I actually had them flatten my at pounder and take all the juice out and dry it out completely… horrible McDonald’s Do yourself a favor… go to Kernstown… food is WAY better!!!"
"Food was cold, the employees were RUDE and when I got there it was myself and ONE other person, yet somehow we managed to both wait over 20 minutes for our food. The drive thru employees did nothing but stand around in the window area talking and sipping on their drinks while we sat there. By the time we got our food, the line wrapped all the way back around the building to the edge of the beginning of the parking lot! It seems like all these places care about anymore are their stupid Door Dash and similar type orders... Like why even have a friggin drive thru???"
"Had an interview today at 9:30. When applied add said up to 13.50 for crew members. With 25 years customer service experience including fast food was told 13. Was invited to orientation tomorrow (Sat) and explained I could do that, BUT my availability each week was anything BUT the Sabbath/Saturdays due to my spiritual beliefs. I explained that I have weekend availability-Fridays and Sundays and was told that I would not be able to come to orientation now. She suggested after my legal disagreement that she could transfer my application to another McDonald's. Unfortunately my car is a 98 and this one is the only one in town and is within walking distance. Not sure how this is okay? The reason why I can not find work being educated and having experience and weekend availability."
