"Was swamped at work so I ordered a soup and sandwich through door dash. Order arrived timely and hot, but soup was missing. Door dash refunded my money but I wanted the soup :( The sandwich was good (per the usual), but I was salty about the soup."
"We have been coming to daily buzz for nearly a year, we get the same things every time. Recently when we’ve been coming our food has been inconsistent. We get two açaí bowls and ask for extra toppings and today we did not have extra toppings, I go back through the drive thru and say something to the rude drive thru employee. She tells me that I pretty much don’t know what I’m talking about and that’s how the açaí bowls normally come (which is not true at all) I’ve been coming here longer than she has been working here. I would not be so upset about it besides the fact that we pay an extra $6 for extra toppings. When the owner is working the quality is perfect. Some of the staff is rude and unprofessional ( some are great) I will start going to the Middletown location from now on"
"On a previous visit I found the coffee to sweet, so this visit I asked for half the pumps and it was perfect. This trip we decided to order lunch. Mac and cheese with a hot dog for the kiddos and a burger and fries for the adults. Burger was really good, but the fries needed more cook time. The kids finished up with a cake pop."
