"Had my appointment canceled for the 2nd time in 3 months, with no follow-up on rescheduling. I pay a monthly membership (which by the way just went up). It is a good place for a massage, but I feel their customer relations and service need some work. Alaina is AMAZING!!"
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased a facial and scalp massage for my daughter. My daughter went to the appointment, got her facial (the technician talked the WHOLE time!!), and my daughter was then told that there wasn’t enough time for her scalp massage - ?!! What?? The gift card I purchased in person was for the amount of the services and I asked the receptionist to add an additional $20 for the tip,, so my daughter wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket … at the end of her treatment, not getting her massage … she goes to check out and the girl tells her that they can’t take the tip out of the gift card?! Now … I have a $35 gift card that I won’t use … !!!! I couldn’t have made this transaction any easier … Hand and Stone only had to perform the services that I had scheduled, my daughter could’ve handed them the gift card-to pay in full for the services + tip and we would have been happy! What a scam! After talking to the manager, Ryan, I realize how clueless the management is!"

"Nice reception/waiting area. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. The message was OK, there was no scent to the lotions. Pressure was inconsistent. I had a standard Facial, it was wonderful. The creams, scrub and serums had pleasant scent. My skin felt smooth and firm. Tips should be given directly to operator, they don't have envelopes at checkout. Handicap parking and entrance."
"Really felt like another world. Meaning you lose yourself here. I received a massage, scalp massage, facial and microdermabrasion. Total cost $194. I did have a $100 gift card. They offer add on services for a fee such as aromatherapy, or hot stones with the basic massage. Staff were friendly and helpful and took care of you. The membership package is a deal and everyone should invest in one for your mental health wellness. 1 hour a month "just you time" Definitely going back."
