"Every interaction with this Dr. Was spoiled by his delivery!! He radiates negativity!! I left that office worse off mentally than when I started! Really didn't want to give it a whole star. "Dr. Koirila hands down in my opinion is the absolute worst i have ever experienced" However the rest of the staff and counselors are kind and caring."

"The front desk of this office is extremely unprofessional & unproductive. Upon leaving a voicemail about running out of medication, I was called back and told “, wait until your appointment I don’t know what to tell you”. This made me question my care at the facility, but being a new patient I figured maybe the receptionist just had a bad day. Since then, every interaction with this person has been rude and inappropriate. I was called back to reschedule an appointment today, and twice was put on mute, hung up on, and just ignored. She put the phone down on the desk and I could hear the office laughing about ignoring the phone! I called the Austintown location and the phone was not only answered immediately, but the receptionist was very friendly and helped schedule me an appointment as soon as possible. You would think the boardman location staff would have more empathy and basic respect as they work in such a sensitive environment. I hope these experiences do not become a pattern and I can continue to receive care from this facility."

"Staff is friendly. They have a variety of counselors that specialize in different areas. If you have specific needs, just ask for someone who would be best for that. If you don't mesh well with someone, you can always ask for a change. The doctor is very professional, but down to earth. There is no feeling of judgement."

"I've been seeing my psychologist for the last 3 years. Prior to her being added to the restore team. I love the option for text reminders. I get them from both an automated service as well as personal reminders directly from my therapist, which assists me in combating my declining time management symptoms due to some cognitive impairments caused by medical conditions. The staff has been extremely encouraging and friendly. They really do care, and the lengths they go to by the services they provide, definitely reflects this. Being fined if late sucks, but it's been an unexpected motivational tool for me to light that fire under my butt to work work towards getting back to my former punctual and productive self. My therapist even increased my sessions to help me work through the long-term trauma caused by lifelong parent-child domestic violence, current life issues and recent drug use I've turned to for self medicating specific symptoms of chronic medical disorders. She has been more than understanding, non-combative, and compassionate while holding me accountable as we tackle these issues through proactive cognitive therapy, behavioral awareness, accountability, and productive personal action, as she utilizes various skills and techniques to uncover what works best for me to make the changes in my life through my own action and awareness required for me to continue my mental healing and growth."

"I spoke with the most wonderful woman named Latrice. As my first point of contact over the phone, she put my mind at ease and made me smile and laugh even in the wake of my urgent state. She was able to get me in with an awesome counselor and a psychiatrist in the same week while other places I called were booked through December. I said to myself is this for real? Too good to be true? Latrice said stay calm and be cool; go walk your dog, then go home and fill our intake papers sent to my email. She said to call with any questions and she'd be there until 6pm to book appointments once paperwork completed!!!"
