"Got a TV for Christmas.. the back light was broken. They replaced it.. with a returned TV! The previous person had stuff written down and there was no screws for the stand and no power cord! And I had to pick up the TV even tho originally it was delivered. I can't believe they gave me a returned TV! I bought a brand new TV that had to be replaced and they gave me a used TV in it's place that I also had to go pick up. Very disappointed."

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent TV purchase. I have taken three separate days off work to address issues with the TV. Initially, the delivered TV, for which I paid extra for installation, broke just two days after the first delivery. Subsequently, another day was spent for a technician to confirm the malfunction. To compound the situation, the most recent delivery did not include installation, leaving the TV unused and on the ground. I am disheartened that another day is required for mounting, adding further inconvenience. As a customer, I value efficiency and respect for individuals' time. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and it has significantly impacted my ability to earn a living. I kindly request urgent attention to resolve this matter TODAY."

"Had a order to pick up and I also wanted to look around when I was in there. Was looking at computers and a very arrogant, unprofessional, younger sales guy with glasses and poor hair cut came up and talked with us. While he had knowledge it he definitely was very unprofessional in his manner. Immediately talked down about some of the computer lines they carry and then wanted to know what computer I had already ordered from the bestbuy website to pickup at this location and immediately tried to up sale me on a computer that was close to double what I had already ordered! He started throwing out specs without even knowing the actual specs on my computer and all he cared about was a sale. He was very unprofessional to say the least. All other staff was pretty good. Some open box computers did not have prices. And they spread out the computers over several areas. Their website is always incorrect because it doesn't list everything available in each store. Probably wouldn't go back to this location again. The sales tactics used I was not pleased with."

"I belong to total tech, so Best Buy geek squad will help me with most any technical thing..at their store or at my home. There's a yearly payment connected to total tech..but it's worth it. I've never been disappointed. I can usually buy things at good prices with great care coverage. They even help me with things I didn't buy there. Five stars!!"

"Big thanks to the custom install crew! I recently had my 120 SI screen installed with the Savant system. I was very nervous as I had several issues during the purchase and scheduling phases. However, after speaking and meeting with Alex,Joe and John they set the tone for how they handled business. I can't say enough about how they handled my install. Alex took additional time to make sure my wife was happy and understood how to work everything. Joe & John contacted me before,during and after install to make sure my family was happy. They even sent someone out when my equipment was acting funny. I'm beyond pleased with the quality and professional service that I received and I would highly recommend them!"
