"2/09/24 @ 2:00 p.m... dont shop here if you have tattoos, they will follow you around the store. On top of that, I got poor service. The guy at the pro desk sat there and chit-chated while I stood there for 10 minutes before he even acknowledged me. Our office lady did not answer our phone in a timely fashion, so he was kind enough to pretend to call her cell phone twice. He said the call went straight to voicemail both times, but conveniently, I had no problem when I called to verify that she was available to make the phone sell. And again, when I called to ask why it was going to voicemail. Our office lady doesn't lie, but clearly, this Home Depot profiles... I highly recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to the Hilliard location. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable with any questions and friendly, They also don't discriminate"

"I'm a regular at this store and have always appreciated how handy it is for my home stuff, especially hardware. It's usually a breeze to shop here, but I had a bit of a hiccup last time.I was there to get some questions answered, and this asian lady, who was helping out, seemed more into talking about measurements than helping me find what I needed. It felt a bit off, especially when she walked away as soon as she realized I wasn't going to measure anything right then.But then, I met Fyzor. This guy is a lifesaver! He might be new, especially when it came to plumbing stuff, but he was super helpful, guiding me through the aisles and finding exactly what I was looking for. It's not often you find someone so willing to go the extra mile in every department.If you're ever in the store, definitely look out for Fyzor. He's friendly, really helpful, and just makes your shopping experience a whole lot better. He’s my go-to now whenever I visit."

"Avoid at all costs if time is at all important to you and your business. Slowest employees wandering around on their cell phones or ducking corners if you're looking for them. Management closed down pro services because they have more important things to do then help the people who are actually spending money."
