"The line was insane and the order came out wrong and the coffee was awful tasting."
"They have people making drinks that don’t even work at Starbucks. The workers boyfriend is hovering over everyone and wearing the workers apron. Waited in line for about 20 minutes for the drink to taste horribly (made by the person who doesn’t work at Starbucks) there was a line and the customers were also complaining about the same thing."
"Employee making my drink was sweet. My drink was amazing. Manager or supervisor (Im assuming) came I over while she was working up another person’s drink, calling her about some rags? She didn’t really need to be yelled at in front of customers, let alone some wash clothes you can find at the dollar tree. Unprofessional and unnecessary. I hope the employee has a better day and knows it’s just temporary."
"Longtime Starbucks customer. Went to Krogers today SPECIFICALLY to go to Starbucks for coffee. The kiosk wasn't open. Was told they were 'waiting on their coordinator ' and they had no idea when he would be there. A man showed up shortly after and took them in the back. We shopped over half an hour and went back to kiosk to check, the coordinator was there with four employees in front of the kiosk. I asked if he was the coordinator and one of the employees said yes. He looked at me but didn't even acknowledge me. I asked if they were going to open and she shook her head. I then told him I wanted him to know I would be sending in a bad review. That I often review service when it is good and would not hesitate to give the COORDINATOR a poor one. We drove across the river to another Starbucks, where service was very slow. I'm thinking he may be over that one as well. Corporate needs to review and address this!"
"I'm a bit of a coffeeholic I don't get this much as it can be pricey but, every drink I've gotten has been great. I always try to pick something I've not had. They are always very nice and willing to just throw something together if I didn't know what to get and its always been good."
