4th Street Standard

"Before I start, A lot of people compare them to chipotle, but they are definitely a completely different style. I would even say they’re different than qdoba, but definitely a closer. (I personally can’t speak on their tortillas, burritos, tacos, or fries.) Their portions are great on the bowls, two good scoops of rice. Carnitas was flavorful and had some sweet hints. Queso was homemade and very good, great texture, was good on my bowl, and alone with chips. The addition of ancho chipotle sauce to my bowl added a great element of taste. Corn salsa was crunchy and delicious. Lettuce was cut decently, I prefer shredded lettuce, but didn’t mind (at least it was fresh). Good sour cream portion! After finishing my bowl, I bought chips and queso on the side, and was just in awe over the creamy queso. Food 9/10. Service was pretty good, very friendly and helped describe everything when I asked questions. Forks and napkins are on each table, so there was no need to ask and no confusion. Restaurant was clean, not spotless, but that’s because people were pretty much in and out. Decor is pretty cool. Had games and looks like it would be a fun spot to play around with friends. I found out about 4th street standard when chipotle opened up in Weirton and whenever someone on Facebook complained about wait times or service, a comment would tell them to try a local spot (4th street standard) I give the restaurant a 9/10, yes my food and experience was a 10/10, but I am unable to speak for items I didn’t order! But I know for sure I’m coming back to try a shrimp burrito."

"We hadn't tried 4th Street Standard yet but when we saw they were offering birria tacos for one day we figured that was the best time because that's a favorite of my daughter's. Ordered carryout online and everything was ready to go upon arrival. Everything was made fresh to order and the portions were decent sized. My daughter obviously got the birria tacos and I built my own burrito. I love a good California burrito and when I saw I could add fries I inside, I lit up with gluttonous glee. We enjoyed our meal and are looking forward to ordering here again."

"Taste and presentation of the food is top notch. They did an excellent job with the building remodeling, which makes it a fun atmosphere. I also love the tables on the sidewalk. Costs a bit more than chain burrito places, but worth it."

"Good, but it needs some work. The tortillas need to be a lot higher quality - they taste like cheap store bought flour tortillas to me. The chicken is really good in my opinion, but I think a lot of the ingredients kinda clash with eachother and could be tweaked a bit. Overall, I still give it a 4 stars because its one of very few fast casual places to get a bowl with healthy ingredients in the Steubenville area and its great to have this place here!"

"Very happy with my experience here! The service was fast despite the line. The ingredients tasted fresh, chicken was great. If you like Chipotle but not the commute there for a burrito or bowl, definitely check out this place. I will definitely be going back and look forward to them expanding their hours in the future so I can bring others down there as well!"
