"Stopped for gas (953 7th St, Steubenville, Ohio) and to use Restroom. Asked employee for restroom key and was told cannot have it and restroom was for employees only. Great it’s 5:50am and no restroom. I use Coen a lot for my personal and business. No longer stopping at Coen if they are not permitting customers to use a bathroom. I have a fleet of cars, buses and limos that are not stopping at Coen any longer. Great move Coen on closing the bathroom, hope you enjoy my loss of business. A shame I did like the chicken lol"
"Absolutely hate the made to order option they've added to the kitchen. Major inconvenience because you cannot order ahead or on the app. Nobody has time to sit around waiting on a gas station to cook food when we just want to get in and out."

"I stopped to get lunch today and ordered chicken and jojos. The food was fresh and everything looked nice and clean which is a big pet peeve for me when eating out. I was waited on by Helen and received great customer service. She was very friendly and helpful, and I was able to get in and out quickly."
"I originally went for the lottery machine, but quickly stayed for the delicious foods they make in the kitchen .. some truly delightful tasty home-cooked tasting food... And treats as well! My only complaint would be Helen, when she appears to have taken some pain meds and gets combative."
