"Chicken Parm was so burnt I couldn't cut it with a knife, they only took $4.00 off of the meal which I feel the chicken is the main dish in this meal. Waiter never came back to ask if everything was okay or to see if we needed anything, I had to get another waitress to get him about the chicken. My husband and I had been in there several times before he passed and always enjoyed the food and service but it has went down hill considerably. When I spoke to the manager he was not helpful at all, he said he cut the chicken with a fork and I replied he must be a lot stronger than I am. What happened to taking good care of your customers? Needless to say I will NEVER go back there to eat!"
"The special today was lobster ravioli, and it was beyond outstanding!! (my picture dies not do it justice) Naples Spaghetti House was very busy, but the food came out in a timely manner. The service was excellent. I just wish i didn't live over 3 hours away."
"Some of the best Italian food I've eaten out at a restaurant, and that's coming from someone who's grandparents were born in southern Italy. I rarely order lasagna, because I loved my moms, which I now make her homemade sauce & recipe now, so anything else is usually a disappointment, but Naples was a bit different but excellent & delicious! I was only wishing it had been a larger piece, as my friends Alfredo dish was large. He's been going to Naples for a long time & is his favorite, & brought me here for the first time. My daughter is in from Columbus for Christmas, & plan to take her there for the few days she is in East Liverpool to visit."
