"Myself and a client that I provide advocacy and consulting to called and were met with one of the most unprofessional experiences over the phone. We were blind transfered, cut off, talked over, and talked to as if we were both in the third grade. The unprofessionalism was unmatched by any provider I have ever worked with. DO NOT TRUST OR HIRE THIS AGENCY."

"This Doctor herself if not mentally stable. I am unsure how a person with such extreme anxiety can possibly help other people if she can not help herself. She is extremely unprofessional and asks questions about the parents of the patients that do not even pertain to the child or the care of the child. My best suggestion is to run far far away from this office and this medical practitioner."

"Didn't ask any relevant questions, wouldn't let me be comfortable in her office and her office is way too small to be comfortable in. Also, she requires you to wear a mask when she herself doesn't even wear one properly. And when I asked to just take the screening she told me she needed information that wasn't relevant to the condition I was to be screened for. Also, she was an all around terrifying individual."

"One of the worst experiences I ever had. Not only is the front desk staff (Carol)rude she also lacks compassion, after having many issues since last October with scheduling due to every excuses to covid and Lynn bring over booked and the wait being three months out. I finally receive an appointment through which was on telahealth. Their were issues with their link for joining and instead of calling patient by regular phone Carol marks the patient a no call no show and refuses to reschedule patient all While blaming patient for not contacting the office when patient did call office and their was no response!! If you want to deal with incompetent staff this is the place to go to."
