"Went in for annual check up. Everything was great in the office, doctors and services. Dr. Said he was calling me in a prescription on Thursday. Thursday no prescription sent to pharmacy. I called in and they said they would take care of it. Friday morning no prescription. Called in and I was told it would be there by close of business. Saturday morning no prescription. The office is closed today and tomorrow so now I have to call back in on Monday to follow up again. Please tell me what is going on and what the issue is. This is horrible service and unacceptable. It's a huge inconvenience and a waste of my time and energy to keep calling back to your office and then the pharmacy."

"The absolute WORST place. I got an IUD placed here. At my follow up appointment they had the room set up for me to get an IUD. I told the lady I already had it placed and she was shocked and confused. The NP checked the IUD, trimmed the strings etc. she looked me dead in my face and asked me who placed the IUD? SHE placed it! They obviously don’t read patient charts. I called to get an appointment because I was having some symptoms. I get to my appointment for them to tell me I have a balance. I forgot my debit card at home and told them that I would call to pay. They refused to see me and told me I had to reschedule. I will NEVER go to this office again. 0/10"

"Dr. El-Hayek has been seeing me for roughly 20 years now. Himself, the nurses, lab/sonogram techs, and office staff have been very comforting and amazing since I started going there. If there was ever a concern, I was able to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Any questions/concerns that I would have, would be addressed and reassured. I couldn’t be more happy with the care I have been receiving, especially after having my first child delivered via C-section by Dr. El-Hayek. I experienced some major complications with child birth and he did whatever he could to make sure my baby and I were safe and cared for. He went above and beyond and I am forever grateful. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor!"

"Both Dr. El-Hayek and Dr. Winchester have been my doctors for over 10 years, and I have nothing but good things to say. I always have my questions answered and never had a bad experience at appointments. Winchester delivered my son, who is now 10, and the experience was the easiest of all 3 of my births. Will be staying as long as they are open!"

"Dr. El-Hayek was incredible during my delivery. Very calm and clearly experienced. It’s true the office is busy and with that comes longer wait times. However, I would go back there in a heartbeat if I ever got pregnant again."
