"The Ross park mall location, has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My family and I have shopped with this company for years. I went there with my son and sister to look for some pants for homecoming. S soon as we walked in the store, the two men and a lady just looked at us and then continued to be on their phones. I finally had to ask one of them if they had burgundy pants. The lady immediately said no and we said ok and as we were leaving the one guy finally got out of his seat and said what kind of burgundy. I expressed that they had poor customer service and no thank you. My son is 16 and really wanted to purchase from there because that’s where we normally shop. I will never purchase from this company again and I will make sure my family doesn’t either. I am very disappointed"
