"Horrible service except the tailor. Everyone acts like they will be jobless soon and does not care. Is that the result of the poor sale or the reason? I shop thousands every year in BB online try to avoid going to the shop, unless have to have things tailored. Those sale guys are worse than Walmart cashiers. Love BB’s clothing but the staff here deserve to lose their job if they are so unhappy having it."
