"I have never had a good experience in this store. The employees are rude and so disrespectful. It’s so unfortunate since the Eastwood mall location is farther and they have much better costumer service. I will not be returning to this store until management addresses how absolutely horrible it is to shop at this location. I have had multiple people come into my workplace in the same plaza upset with how they were treated there. No gets greeted when they walk through the door, no one was asked if they needed help, employees were arguing and ignoring customers. The return policy was NOT clarified at all. Signage for the store was a disaster and things were put into the wrong location. Absolutely no help with ordering things online or helping me and others find things in the store. The most disappointing store I’ve been to in the Boardman Plaza!! Do better!!!!!"
