"I wasn't aware that a dress I bought was on clearance. It was on the main floor and not in the back where they put clearance items ( which I have previously bought from). I was within my return period and the sales associate informed me they wouldn't even exchange because is was clearance. I still had the tags on the dress and receipt. They really should inform customers of this when they purchase items. The receipt didn't even say it was a clearance item."
"Rose & Remington is a sweet boutique in the Southern Park Mall. Unlike other boutiques, this shop has somewhat affordable upscale clothes! Expect to pay about $60 for a good pair of Kancan jeans. The employees don’t greet you unless you go to the back of the store where they’re standing, and even then they don’t really say anything until you ask for help. This is a bit awkward, and I’ve considered applying to work there just because I want SOMEONE at that store to greet visitors. The clothes are generally cute, very shabby-chic/farmhouse. Don’t expect bright clothes or anything that’ll be timeless except for a few jeans. Aside from clothing, the store carries lots of accessories and even random bits and bobs like candles! The candles smell amazing but are also pricy. Good luck to anyone venturing in and I hope you have a good experience!"
"The store looks amazing, very cute stuff. But no one greeted me at all. I felt invisible. One girl was standung on the phone, never looked in my direction. The other was behind the register. I waited for her to greet me, i even tried to make eye contact with her , she totally ignored me. I continued to look around. Then some women came in. The girl behind the counter was talking with them. It turned out to be her family. I walked by again, still nothing. I walked out."
