"Absolutely a scam... went for routine visit as a new patient. Had blood drawn for routine levels and cholesterol and a few other meds that I have been on for years. They lost my blood the first time they sent it in to the lab, which i excused, mistakes happen. I then I went back for a second draw and when i asked for the results the Dr. said all was good and kept my prescriptions the same. I asked to see the results and was told no problem they'd send them to my email. After calling back 3 times for the results when they didn't send them i found out went they were reluctant to send them. They didn't even have my cholesterol tested and told me everything looks normal we'll keep your medication the same. Unreal.... then it gets better, a month and a week later i needed a refill so i called them. The receptionist said they wouldn't refill without seeing me again, not for a blood draw but a consultation...unprofessional and a scam to get co-pays. I don't care if they want to bill me and my insurance to make money for a service I've paid twice for without ever having my cholesterol checked any way. I'm just not wanting to spend my Saturday in an office of coughing patients so I can pay for their incompanticy. Please avoid and leave this kind of doctor for insurance scammers and drug seekers. If you care about legitimate health concerns find someone else."
