"My first visit here was mixed. My wife and I came here together to get our routine cleaning done. She had a good experience with a dental hygienist before seeing Dr. Dafo at the end. As for me, Dr. Dafo himself performed my routine cleaning which was a bit unusual since I've usually gotten cleaned by a hygienist. The cleaning itself was uncomfortable at times and he didn't seem to make use of the suction device (or ask me to close my mouth) as excess water drained outside my mouth and down my back. The suction device also got stuck to bottom of my mouth, leaving a bruise that I only noticed when I got home. When I compared my experience to my wife's, I realized that they had forgotten to measure my gum's depth (even after I told Dr. Dafo that I've been on periodontal maintenance for several years) or floss my teeth at the very end. I'm treating this experience as a one-off and I'll be going back purely based on my wife's experience."

"I recently had a disappointing experience at prince William family dental. I have seen bad dental practice offices but this was one of the worse ones. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional (noticed they use same tools on multiple patients which technically can be used on one guest and when I pointed out the lady said sorry I forgot and didn’t realize it), which made me feel uneasy. Additionally, the dental work performed was subpar, resulting in further complications and additional costs for me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and effort to rectify the situation was concerning. I believe it's essential for dental offices to prioritize patient care and communication, which was sorely lacking in this particular practice. When I called them, instead addressing the concern they started being very unprofessional and rude (the front desk lady). When I asked to speak with Dr.Dafo (owner of the facility) she would not give me any details. I would strongly recommend considering other dental options unless you want to waste your time and money. Choice is yours and Good Luck!"

"Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Great music playing in background. And it’s just a beautiful atmosphere everytime I open and walk through the doors. 10/10 experience everytime."

"It is not a place where they respect scheduled appointments. At reception there are people who do not know how to respect older people and change appointments without any type of consultation. Family Dental used to show good service, now it is terrible at serving the public. At the Reception there is a lady who serves very poorly and who is not interested in an elderly person having a scheduled appointment. That lady changes the appointment without any justification."

"I originally went to the office in Ruther Glen to have work done, but they referred me to the Prince William office because they could handle all my needs. I made the right decision to stay with Prince William office. They are so friendly, the office is clean and comfortable. The technology they have is mind blowing (to me anyways). The doctors and assistants are absolutely amazing. They talk to you about what is going on, what needs to happen and how to do it. There is no confusion. They also try to know you as a person and not a dollar sign. I appreciate them so much and I thank you all for all you do! Highly recommend!!!"
