"We have been with them for years, everything was OK. Recently seems like they cannot get their stuff together. Completely messed it up homeowners policy, don’t have a lender on file, can’t find payment that was sent. Had to pay them like again out pocket, and request another payment from lender, (3 payment). After all of that, now we have to spend my time to deal with the refunds and to square everything up. Absolutely unacceptable"

"I am so disappointed with customer service I received from this branch. I have been having billing Issues for the past 2 month. This Rep name Nancy keep having an attitude and does not look for solutions to resolve the customer's issue. the first 6 month I never had issues. I change my bank account I have not been able to updated it on my app thus I keep calling this office but always find extra fee on my monthly bill and they never seen to resolve anything"

"They will tell you anything to get you to sign up for their insurance, then after you sign up if they find something they don't like they will cancel it after they have already switched your insurance over with your mortgage company. They solicited me and got me to go with them and when I email them back with the issue they don't respond, this has all been a waste of time and a hassle. George Perez of Dumfries will tell you what you want to hear to get that commission then ghost you when things don't work out"

"Car insurance kept increasing to an unaffordable amount (without notice at that). Got a new policy with an insurance who cares and cancelling Allstate has been a nightmare. You call to cancel, they send you an email requesting declaration pages (which is NOT needed to cancel - they just want to try to keep you around), you email back, hear nothing, called once every day to ensure it would be cancelled on the day that you need it to be yet it’s still not cancelled and it’s now the day after the date that you gave them. I kept being reassured that the policy would be cancelled on 1/20 but their website portal reflects its effective until April. So awful trying to deal with this."
