"This place is terrible. Went in on Monday due to a horrible pain in my back and couldn't sleep for several days. They said that they would phone in a prescription to Giant pharmacy right away. I got to the pharmacy, and they never received it. I called the urgent care again, and they said he is doing it right away. Waited for 30 minutes, pharmacy never received. I called again, they were closed, left a message to call me. It's now Wednesday, no call, nothing, Crickets."

"They sent my blood work to the wrong lab and I was stuck with a $1,000 bill. Even though they are contractually obligated to use a separate, COVERED lab for patients with my insurance, they refused to admit their mistake. Incredibly disappointed with this dishonest doctor's office."
