"I loved my NP but the office staff are apparently easily offended when you call their hand. Repeatedly billed my insurance wrong. Demanded co-pay even after I had reached my deductible. Were reluctant to send messages to my NP. Overall pretty bad customer service for a customer service based business. Hard pass."

"I was a patient of Embracing Health for over 7 years, loved the medical care and wisdom I received from Dr. V. In July of 2022 I had a major event in my personal life that created a great deal of stress and for the next year and 7 months things were very challenging. As a result I missed a payment, paid it a few months late and was discharged from the practice. I actually thought I had a physician that cared about me as an individual as Dr. V. knew what I was going through in my personal life. When I called to see if I could be added back as a patient, I was declined. Do not go to this practice if you ever plan on making a mistake and receiving grace. I sadly learned the hard way that patients are not cared about as individuals, but only as the dollars they represent. So sad that an intelligent practitioner does not actually care about her patients."

"I attended an appointment to review blood test results this afternoon. My experience with the physician's assistant who I met with fell far short of my expectations. I was treated as if my appointment was an inconvenience, I was rushed through the review of my blood panel results, and I was insulted when I asked the gentleman to slow down so I could better understand the meanings (potential and otherwise) of my various results and his explanations. He even told me I was asking too many questions. Worse, at about 10 minutes into my appointment, we were interrupted and the PA said to me "I gotta go", without taking the time to properly finish with my consultation or attempt to come up with a personal treatment plan or potential causes for my various symptoms. What I was given was a generic plan designed to get me out of the office in under the 15 minutes he said was typical. It was obvious to me that the PA was visibly bothered by me asking questions about my results and even missed reviewing an important test result due to how quickly he was rushing through my appointment. This result actually turned out to be very relevant. This is not the care I expected from a clinic which prides itself on having a "partnership with each of our patients to offer individualized , whole person care...""

"Had an appointment with Jie Howe's yesterday. She and her Medical Asst were incredibly rude. I had to explain my issue 4x to Jie, she still did not listen and seem irritated I was even there. On top of all instead of saying she didn’t know what was going on with my body she made up a reason. I have already contacted Ferry Farm Health and Wellness about the process to becoming my primary care"
