"I am so satisfied with Gerber. My 2022 hyundai Santa fea someone backed in to it. When I spoke with the insurance they asked if I had a repair place in mind I said no but I wanted someone who would know how to work on my car considering shes new. I choose this place because they know how to work on hyundais. From me getting my car looked at on a tuesday scheduled for the following Tuesday to have it repaired. Dropped it off they called enterprise to come and pick me up (already had arrangements with them). They sent me texts letting me know the status of my car. The date to have it done by was the 3rd (today) they called yesterday letting me know it was ready a day snooer, the 2nd The car was there from a tuesday and done on thursday. The car looks brand new like nothing was even wrong. If I ever need a repair place I will mostly definitely use Gerber again."

"My vehicle was brought in on 8/7/2022 due to an accident the initial completion date was supposed to be on 8/26/2022, but they had a small hiccup which pushed my completion date to 9/2/22 to my surprise, I got a message from them today 8/29/2022 letting me know that my vehicle has been completed, as far as the delay I didn’t have a problem with because it does happen, I was excited to find out that my veh was ready for pickup and to my amazement, it looked like a brand new car like nothing had ever happened to it, these guys are amazing and Justin, My man Justin I appreciate u keeping me up to date on the daily about my vehicle, you made my life so much easier thanks a millions and they also swapped out my badges for me and washed her up you guys are awesome"
"Gerber Collision is at a convenient spot for Dundalk, Essex, and East Baltimore. Drop-off is easy, and they do a great job of getting you in and out as quickly as possible. This is a big shop and looks to have much capacity. My rental car agency dropped the car right off to me at this location, making it a very easy one stop appointment. The also have water and Coffee in the reception for customers."
