"Don is the best!! Not only did he fix my Chevy truck but afterwards it had a miss due to cheap pre-gapped spark plugs that were incorrectly gapped, but he helped me fix it in his parking lot. Even loaned me some tools, hooked his computer up to it, and told me what was wrong. If that wasn’t enough when I asked what I owed him he said nothing. He’s truly the last of a dying breed. Thank you Don!!"
"I have absolutely no doubt that this place has good mechanics. My problem is with the guy that doesn't know how to speak to a human being. After my first sentence he flat out told me that I was bothering him. After my second sentence trying to give him information on why I was there he begins snapping his fingers telling me to hurry up and asking what any of it has to do with him. He flat out talked over me not letting me get a word out. So I walk away. Then this piece of work tells my customer that I went in there screaming and hollering and slamming things around. I'm pretty good with dealing with attitudes and such but I was caught off guard with this guy. I haven't been treated like that since basic training for the military. This guy has absolutely no patience. In this case, patience wouldn't be a virtue, it be a talent."
