"I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor mechanical service I received at your car repair shop. I brought my car to your shop for estimate, but unfortunately, the service I received was below standard. I was appalled by the poor customer service I received during my visit. The owner was rude and unprofessional, racist , and he showed no willingness to address my concerns or provide adequate explanations for the poor workmanship. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at your car repair shop. You are not only culturally incompetent; but trying to hide your inefficiency by being rude to others."
"I wish I could give AYD's more than 5 stars. Will (owner) & his gang are honest/responsive, affordable, and will not try to to sell you on unnecessary repairs. This is the first experience I've had with a mechanic that I've completely trusted, and have never once felt taken advantage of. I have a 1970 VW Westfalia Bus, and it doesn't matter what the problem was, they were able to fix the issue in less than a week.
