"Tonight I decided to stop in and browse around with my son and I wish I knew the name of the young lady working tonight bc she was AWESOME! She was very helpful, caring, and attentive. Also with everything going on right now stores have been making me pay for bags and if I pay cash I didn’t get change due to “change shortage” NOT HERE. "I love Francesca's merchandise. But I refuse to enter the niles store anymore because repeatedly for a few years now the associates are the most annoying people ever. They step over the line. they want to know what's in my bag, what I purchased. They follow me all around the store. sick of it. too pushy. The Grove City outlet location is great. they don't say a word and let me shop in peace"
"I love their jewelry, but it is overpriced. I also feel that the sales associates bug me way too much. I was only in there for 10 Minutes and asked 4 times if I needed help. It is overkill and I felt hounded."
"While I like the name and displays, I find their merchandise to be over-pricrd compared to Macy's juniors, H&M or Forever 21. I also do not care for the over-protective way they hoard ones desired goods. As if assumption of theft is a forgone conclusion. The workers are cold, absent-minded, and seem to get more things wrong than right. I want to like it. I just can't."
