"I saw Dr. Drysdale for cheek fillers and Botox. This was my first time at Hela. I was apprehensive because their office is far from my home (almost 1hr with regular traffic). However, after the amazing experience, it is definitely worth the 40 minute drive!! I used to go to another spa for fillers but I always felt rushed and like they were doing me a favor for allowing me to see their nurse injector. The vibe at Hela was completely different. I received an excellent client service. The front desk lady was super sweet and welcoming. She even offered me water! Dr. Drysdale’s professional skills exceeded my expectations. He showed an outstanding customer service. He was patient, personable, and showed empathy as he carefully listened to my concerns. He provided a thorough explanation of where he would add the fillers and how/why this approach would allow me to achieve the best results. He also asked me about any medicine taken recently so he could assess whether this would affect the procedure. For instance, I had no idea that taking Excedrin prior to a filler appointment would make me bleed more until Dr. Drysdale pointed that out. My prior nurse injector never mentioned that in my two years with her and I had some serious bleedings after each filler injection. Dr. Drysdale is a very talented professional, very knowledgeable, and really cares for his patients. He did not recommend services that were not necessary for my skin and/or tried to up-sell me. My appointment lasted a little over an hour after which, Dr. Drysdale gave me a thoughtful long term treatment plan tailored to my needs as opposed to continuing with a temporary solution (i.e., under eye fillers). Dr. Drysdale’s attention to detail and genuine personality coupled with the staff’s friendliness convinced me to switch to Hela! I would definitely be trying other services, especially facials/ microneedling with Kaitlin, who made my skin glow back when she used to work at the previous spa I used to go to. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Drysdale!"

Layla made me feel welcomed & secure and everyone else I encountered there makes you feel like you are in the right hands.
