"Shawn was amazing with helping tighten the loose stones on my ring. I was told by a previous jeweler (different business) that the stones weren’t loose. I took my ring to Shawn for a second opinion because I kept hearing jingling from the stones and he reassured me they were in fact loose and even showed me which ones were. It’s obvious he cares about any customer that walks through his door as he made me feel very relieved after fixing my ring. My ring wasn’t initially purchased from his store however his kindness and willingness to help me will guarantee I’ll be back for future purchases. I highly recommend seeing Shawn!!"
