"Hate to even leave this review as i love TXRH. I placed an online to go order two days ago (01/04). I requested an 8 oz sirloin medium well, and covered. Upon coming home I cut into the steak to find a steak more on the medium rare side. I instantly call TXRH to speak with a manager. I informed her of the situation and she asked if I wanted it to be recooked that evening. I live about 25+ minutes away from this location after a long night that’s the last thing I wanted to do. I requested a refund or for this order to honored at a future date, whatever she preferred. She asked me how did I pay and told her via Apple Pay within the app. Placed me on hold then an associate answers the phone and requests my information as if someone would be reaching back out to me. No one has yet to reach back out. I don’t know if they didn’t believe me or what but I have the pictures to prove it. Which I will include below. All in all mistakes happen but to completely not acknowledge an issue that was made from your kitchen is not great hospitality. Especially coming from the evening shift manager on 01/04. Great place to eat but if you do so at this location don’t order to go to insure your order is properly fulfilled."

"We’ve been here twice once in a Sunday and once during the week in the evening. Never waited for than a couple minutes to be seated. The time we went in the evening w Meade it for happy hour. Those little bread that are given are so good. We will have the steak or a burger and both times food has been great!"

"I am updating my stars to 4 just because you cared to reply. :) We went there on a Friday night so the atmosphere was busy and noisy. The place has decent parking but am sure it gets packed early. Since there aren't a great deal around that area it's advisable to just wait to find parking because they turn tables fast and so you'll have ppl leaving. The food was okay. Nothing to rave about. The tables however were sticky to the touch. The seat I was sitting on had water on it. I had to wipe it down before I sat there. There were 2 bdays being celebrated and the first one almost gave me a panic attack because it's LOUD!! You'll eventually get used to it. I enjoyed that experience since you don't see much joy around you these days ..it was a welcome break. Price wise they're decent. Cocktail drinks were also priced decently but not that great taste wise. Staff was cheerful and happy."

"Great portions for the price. Food tastes fine, obviously not going to be like a top end steak house taste, but still delicious. The place can be a bit crowded and hard to get through, but otherwise it is fine."

"I when with my fiance and father in law. Was pack but we didn't wait so much, we seat in the wooden bench in the entrance to wait, but looks like the place been cleaned up in years. The food good. I ordered a prime Rib as a Chef one of the best I try. Drinks are great. The place need a bit more attention we comes to cleanness."
