"It's beautiful and amazing but when it's winter there's a lot of flys but it's sturdy and a fun township area with Starbucks nail salons CVS and Papa's you can walk to it may be noisy but there's a nice gym that you can go to if you live here cute park and nice view beat of all barely no mosquitoes"

Today was my first interaction with maintenance /repair and am very impressed the two gentlemen were very professional and respectful they completed their task and left the area clean. You can tell that they take pride in their work. A WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME"

"I don't know unless something changes I will change my rating but I have issue with giving all of the info that you have to give (w2's, 6months worth is bank statements, access to your account for proof, proof of e-file, proof of 401k etc) all of this access to your personal information and they tell you you are close on the list then you get excited just to get no more information. I have emailed several times asking what was going on because I was told that I was a backup applicant for a two bedroom. I gave them all the info they needed then they don't answer my question as far as what happened and if someone else took the place and they won't respond to the question. It's ashame getting people's hopes up and then as I said, not only that, you are trusting strangers with all of this personal info just to not hear back from them or get an update but they reach out to you quickly to get the money order and documents from you."
