"These apartments are amazing. They look like hotel rooms. They also have places where you can wash your dogs. My favorite place I have lived so far. However, it’s placed in Marlton. Nice area, but some of the people (neighbors) behave with a sense of entitlement and privilege that I’ve never seen anywhere else before. That’s Marlton though."

"We recently moved here and couldn’t be happier -it’s temporary for a year but so far it’s been a very easy transition from 5500 square feet to 1400! We love the staff here- Alex, Donna and Shaun are always available for anytime and the maintenance staff , Zack, Aiden, and Julien- are beyond and above! Julien even helped my jump my car when battery died- something goes wrong in our apartment- they are there within an hour- often sooner and don’t give up till problems are solved! We had only one day at pool, Labor Day but it is beautiful! And the community room and the dog parks - love all the dogs! Plenty of parking and underground too! Highly recommend Barclay Chase!"

"Absolutely loved living here! Spent two years at Barclay chase before moving to be closer to work. Extremely quiet (we lived on the fourth floor of building 1000) and everyone was always so nice. The packaging system Luxor is amazing and we also really enjoyed using the clubhouse. Plus they give you one parking spot in the garage, and a big storage space!"

"My husband and I came to Barclay Chase when first built. We were treated as if it was a chore to show us the apartments. When asking to see ones that had interest us, we were told it was under construction, but were able to see a penthouse already rented. We asked if it was pet friendly and at that time was told no. Note (we don't have a pet but only keep our daughters dog when she travels short term for work) When going back to the office for further information we saw people with pets that obviously lived there...The two ladies in the office, kept mentioning to us the cost was this or that. When going to find a place to live we often go dressed as if we are going for a walk in the park. I did not appreciate what seemed to be an assumption we couldn't afford the housing. This is what the manager who came from the back treated us like. Forgive me if I misjudged the situation, however I know what we felt like. I might add we are AFRICAN AMERICANS, who often face this whenever we go to look at housing. I might add we can pay rent for far more than what is required at signing. We own with a very beautiful house that we are selling, only to down size being senior citizens. Thank you for allowing me to get this off our chest. I would not recommend any person of color to attempt being a resident there..."

"When I made the decision to downsize from my long-time family home hone home it wasn’t easy. Sold my home in one day. Where was I going to move. I googled new apartments in Cherry Hill and Marlton. Barclay Chase popped up in Marlton. . I visited Barclay Chase and decided this is where I I wanted to live. I’ve lived here for over two years now and I have never been more confident in my decision. Linda and the management staff is extremely a attentive and available when you need them. The grounds are kept beautifully and the amenities at the club house have been spectacular. They’ve handled the pandemic issue extremely well. Most importantly , the security here is excellent. I could not ask for more. I feel safe because I know I am safe. It’s home"
