Autumn Park at Medford

"My mom was looking for a place to move closer to her family now that she is getting up in age. We meet Rashel and we fell in love with this place. My mom was looking for something safe and on the ground floor and Rashel showed us both. The team here are right on top of everything. Very helpful and responsive. The clubhouse and amenities here are some of the best I have seen in Medford. If you are young and looking to start living on your own or have a family with kids or even like my mom an elderly person looking for safety and security autumn run is the place to look"

"Been in autumn park for awhile now and I absolutely love here. The staff is incredible especially the ladies in the office Bernadette, Alicia and Rochelle (hope I spelled that correctly)They work with you treat you like family and available at anytime. Residents are friendly and the views are amazing. All in all so far no complaints over here."

"My wife and I recently moved out of this complex after coming to the end of our 1-year lease. Overall it was a poor experience. It started the first week when we moved in - we had some packages delivered and left at the front door (with photo proof). Later when we got home they had gone and were not able to be located anywhere. Not a great feeling when just moving into a neighborhood. The signage around the property is terrible. For months there was no signage on the doors outlining which apartments were in which building. Poor delivery drivers didn't stand a chance on knowing where to deliver packages, and they ended up being scattered everywhere. There is a package room (that opened 4-months after moving), which is a mess. Again, zero signage inside the room so packages are put anywhere and you then have to look at every address label to find yours. The apartments looks very nice on the eye. However, you hear EVERYTHING. Whether it is above you, next door, below you, you hear it. Every foot step, every vacuum, every dog, etc. To no residents fault, this does not create a relaxing environment. The landscaping around the complex is 2/10. Weeds everywhere, and if not weed, then just mud. The staff made a poor attempt in June at planting seed (or just throwing it down), which is completely the wrong time of year to attempt. To no surprise, the seed did not germinate. Waste of money. The staff are reasonable and okay to talk to. The above feedback was all provided to the staff while living there, I just wanted to also share my thoughts with any residents looking to make the move to Autumn Park. In summary, it is a nice apartment space that will light you up when viewing, but day to day living was not enjoyable, in my opinion. To note, i think there were 12 apartments in my unit. I think at least 8 of the 12 did not renew."
