"I wish I found this place sooner! After leaving a bad apartment complex behind, I found the Cedars and I’m so glad that I did! I love it here."

"Have just moved in the past month and have had no probs at all. Leasing office is nice and friendly. Maintenance is on site 24/7. Even though it's off Rt 70 it's set back quiet and peaceful. We are very happy with our move from Mount Laurel to now living here at Cedars at Medford. Apartment itself has all new silver appliances with gas range and central air, plenty of closet space and our own laundry room off our bedroom. Open floor plan bonus also has wood burning fireplace. Great for single working person or couple. We hope to make this our home for a long time to come."

"Going on my 3rd year living here (yes there is a rent increase of $10/mo every year you renew) I've done a lot of research and this is the best complex for the money/sq ft. I honestly love living here and I don't plan to move any time soon. Cons: The windows could use some serious updating, my bedroom is 20 degrees colder in the winter than the rest of the house and I can feel the drafts coming through them. You HAVE to use a space heater to survive the winter. I do get some stink bugs and flies, and can smell my downstairs neighbor's food cooking up through my utility closet. Not a fan that the parking is in the rear of the building, not super close to your front door. Definitely sucks in the bad weather when you have to carry a ton of groceries in. A lot of the tenants like to smoke outside and not smell up their apartment, but if my windows or doors are open, it fills MY apartment. It's IMPOSSIBLE to make a left out of the neighborhood at almost any time of the day, so beware of that if you need to head down toward the Medford/Tabernacle area to go to work. Just make a right and figure out another way. Traffic trying to get onto 70 sucks. Pros: My Kitchen and Bathroom are updated enough to where I feel like it is clean and modern, but not luxury by any means (I don't have the money to pay for that anyway). The pool is huge and rarely ever busy. I LOVE that I have a full size, huge laundry room in my unit, where I have plenty of storage. I love living on the second floor and having the staircase with extra room and light. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, and I never hear my neighbors through the walls EVER. Huge plus. The women who work in the office are super nice, and all of my maintenance requests have been handled immediately. I love that this is an older neighborhood, filled with trees and my balcony is fairly private with the tree coverage. They allow grills on the ground floor, they have wood burning fire places, and your water bill is included. I would suggest finding a way to let us pay our rent online! Dropping off a check to the office every month is something I'd love to do without."

"Other than the fact that you count on a rent increase every year, this is a pretty decent place to live. Walking distance to a shopping center (though if you overdo at the supermarket, you'll wish you had taken your car because walking back with three bags of groceries is no fun). Most of the neighbors are nice folk, and the grounds are well maintained. Each apartment has a working fireplace (love that feature) as well as a full washer and dryer. Most repairs are handled the day you call them in...so yeah Four Stars!"
