"We moved to The Austin Apartments in April and couldn't be happier! Our apartment is beautiful and spacious. We had two very minor issues when we moved in but put our request in with maintenance and it was resolved in less than 24 hours (one time even on a SUNDAY!) The office staff has been great, they're professional and understanding. The ammenities are great, especially the pool. I would say my favorite thing is the neighborhood and our neighbors/community. Everyone is so nice, so its easy to make friends with your neighbors. We love it here!"

"I just wanted to say thank you to Makenzie and Quinzy for always taking care of me. They are so responsive and friendly. The maintenance crew has also been great, responsive friendly and thorough! I have lived here for 10 year and I still love it!! It is a beautiful development, come check it out!!!!"

"My fiance and I lived at the Austin for 2.5 years and we loved our experience! This was our first apartment experience, and The Austin was the only place that we toured. We got a very prompt response from our inquiry, and it was a very easy and stress free experience to apply, submit our deposit, and knew in just a few days that we were going to move-in. Once we moved in, we loved everything about our place, especially the balcony! It was something that our friends and family loved too when they came over. I remember after the first 2 weeks, there was a leak in our ceiling from our upstairs neighbors washer, and we were scared that it would be an issue, but the office staff were very prompt and maintenance came out almost immediately! Anytime we had a maintenance issue, the front staff and maintenance techs were always prompt, and compassionate. Also, if there was any other community issue, the office staff was always sure to address it! I was sad to leave, especially since we loved the pool, the balcony, and the neighborhood to go on nice walks. I think what I will miss the most is the lovely office staff, Mackenzie, Quinzy, and Jenifer who were always amazing to us! :)"

"I have been a resident at this apartment complex for over five years, and I am pleased to say that the current management team is doing an excellent job in managing the property. Their prompt response to requests and concerns is highly commendable. Whenever I have had an issue or a maintenance request, the team has always been quick to respond and address the matter efficiently. One aspect that truly sets this management team apart is their dedication to community engagement. They consistently organize seasonal events that foster a sense of community among the residents. These events not only provide a great opportunity to meet neighbors but also create a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the complex. It is evident that the management team puts a lot of effort into ensuring that the residents feel connected and included. Overall, my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely positive, thanks to the current management team. Their timely response to requests and concerns, their dedication to community engagement, and their swift resolution of maintenance issues have contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone in search of a well-managed and community-oriented place to call home."

"Be very wary of leasing an apartment from the Austin, and definitely make sure that you see the actual apartment you’re moving into BEFORE you sign any paperwork with them. My fiancé and I were made false promises that our unit would have stainless steel appliances, as well as new cabinets and updated flooring (as seen in the photo 2 below from their “model” unit). What we received at the time of our move-in were 20+ year old appliances and cabinets and flooring straight out of the 1980’s — absolutely disgraceful for the rates they are charging. Aside from their blatant misrepresentation of the dilapidated state of certain units within this complex, the site manager— Jenifer Denisi — fails to take responsibility for misleading us and has declined our requests to return all fees associated with our application. Very sad and very unprofessional. I urge you to think twice before giving your business to this lackluster organization."
