"The management/ leasing is the absolute worst. No one will ever call you or email you back. I have been trying to speak with someone for months with no avail. I stopped by the office five times and on the 5th time the maintenance man told me the leasing consultant was in the office but couldn't speak or open the door because she was busy, he never told her someone was ere to speak to her and it was during office hours. I knocked until she came to the door, she was extremely rude wouldn't look at me why speaking, she was on he phone as well. I asked to speak with her regarding the apartments and the only response i got was her pointing to the applications in a box by the outside of the door and her saying fill it out, pay and drop it off. I work as a leasing consultant and I would be fired if I acted this way. Your corporate/ management team needs to reevaluate your employees as this is a disgrace."

"Management on site is horrible she looses and misplaces paperwork. Lies about running your credit. She’s very shady and untrustworthy! I’ve been waiting for a letter for 2 months that’s I still haven’t received to get the same answer the letter will be sent out and I never receive anything. This property manager needs to be trained on all aspects of the field customer service being the main focus!"

"I have to admit that this place is absolutely beautiful but I have to give it a 1 star. This is because of my experience with the property manager who is absolutely rude, she doesn’t make the process pleasant it’s almost like she wants you to give up and she picks and chooses who she wants to apply so if you aren’t one of her favorites don’t waste your $50. Chris is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with!!!!! Conifer has beautiful property also and they are a lot more pleasant"
