"I really enjoyed my years at Narration Apts. The maintenance staff was quick and professional and Theresa in the office was always helpful, friendly and quick to respond. It is also very quiet! I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to check out Narraticon Apts!!!! Also, the grounds are very well maintained."

"We lived here before in 2016 and it was great. Came back without taking a tour this year which turned out to be a mistake. faucets running constantly, washer looks like its got mold or something in it. apartment smells like someone hid a pound of weed inside the walls. every cabinet smells like weed. Apartment was filthy when we got the keys. Feels great to have my 3 year old in this environment. Can't wait to leave when the lease is up. Go anywhere else but here."

"I’ve been living here since 2021 and I’ve loved it! The hiking trails have always been kept cleaned. The staff is always friendly. The maintenance man Bob & Teressa have been the best. The only thing I don’t like is the rent raises but to be fair it’s stated on the lease that every time you resign the lease it’ll raise. And Teressa communicated it very well. I just know that after a few more years I won’t be able to afford it here which is upsetting because I love it here."

"I really like it here. I lived here in 2020-2021, in a 2BR, but my roommate wanted to move to PA. They did not have a 1BR at that time and I had to leave! I was so happy to come back. These apartments are very well taken care of. I love the property and the office and maintenance is A+. I would love to get a 2BR next and I will finally be done moving!! And I am choosing to stay here!!"

"My husband and I moved in 5 months ago and couldn't be happier. The front office/maintenance have been extremely responsive when we encounter any issues. When our AC malfunctioned yesterday in the middle of a heatwave, maintenance came out an hour after calling and sent an HVAC company to take a look the next day. The neighborhood is in great proximity to restaurants and shopping, but maintains a quiet, family-friendly feel. Our neighbors are friendly, and plenty of people walk their dogs or kids on the fire lanes behind each building. If I had any complaint, it's that parking close to your building can be difficult in Aspen Hill. However, we've never *not* been able to find a spot. At worst, it's just a bit of a longer walk to the apartment. We've never had any issues with mail, packages, trash, or neighbors. The pool and gym seem well-maintained and never super packed, which is nice-we just don't happen to have a need for either. Overall a great experience, and we'd highly recommend choosing Narraticon."
