"This place is horrible. As someone who has had many snow removal contracts. Looking at the type of contractor they hire, tells me a lot. The walkways behind the cars aren’t cleared, the road in the parking lot barely even touched. Not to mention that the back drives weren’t even looked at. When I asked the men working for the contractor why they’re not touching it. Their response was that they weren’t supposed to. What kind of decent complex leaves snow covering the walkways? Not to mention their maintenance guys have no actual idea what they are talking about. Save yourself the headache don’t move here."

"Had the absolute worst experience with the guys from about halfway through my rental until way after I moved out. First when they want to do work on the apartments they ask all pets be secured, I understand that. The one day I was home and was not informed someone would be coming in to do a check on my heating system. They left the sliding door and screen open while they went to check. Luckily I was gone and noticed it before my cats did and all the guy said was sorry. Thankfully the cats didn’t go outside. Second the scheduled work never gets completed the days that they said it would. I felt bad having to keep my cats in my bedroom for days on end while I was at work in case they actually showed up to do the work that was posted on the glass door. After I moved out I never got my final bill from them and only realized I still had a balance because they sent it to collections with no attempt to contact me before hand. Also they have rules that you are only allowed to walk one dog at a time and if you’re dog is considered a bully breed it must be muzzled while walking (they stated it’s township bylaws.) I went to do some research and there is not breed specific that needs to be muzzled according to Deptford Codes. I will never move back into this complex and steer all my friends away from it"

"Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! This complex is the worst rendition of “luxury” I’ve ever seen. It was a total mistake renting for the year I was here! My apartment smelled of cigarettes from day 1. The smell was so bad that I complained the first week I moved in. A year later it still smells. It’s definitely NOT worth the money they are charging, and Thank God I was able to purchase a house to NOT continue renting from these thieves. Nothing is up to date, the carpets in the main hall were disgusting and it was embarrassing to have guests over. I regret the day I signed the lease, with hopes it would get better. Don’t stop here KEEP LOOKING!! You’ve been warned!!"

"Great place to live. Apartments are clean, and property is maintained well. Quiet area. The pool is an added bonus over the summer months and is kept very clean! I’ve always found the management staff to be attentive and professional. Angela has been very approachable and quick to respond whenever I have a question. I would recommend Narraticon to future renters."

"The apartments are very old, I wouldn't say they are luxury. Most of the place is in dire need of a remodel. The best this place has to offer is its clubhouse with gym-sauna, and pool (if those things aren't important to you, or you already have a gym membership, I would advice finding another apartment complex). Also, the maintenance staff is on point with any repairs or issues you may have that are not structural of course. (No complaints to the maintenance staff, they are awesome individuals. )The neighbors footsteps and noises can be heard at all hours of the night. The ceilings are very creaky, and it feels like they may collapse on us at any moment. The place is infested with spiders, they have made multiple attempts at fumigating with no avail. And it's not the little spiders either, they have these giant wolf spider looking creatures that look like they can eat your small pet if you have one. Prepare to walk a mile to your apartment if you work late nights, there is never any parking. I would recommend getting an apartment on the top floor since you won't hear any noise from above. But if you have small children, or are too noisy with your footsteps, you may get noise complaints filed against you."
