"Do not even consider this place. Nick will seem nice at first but as others has said he uses threats of physical violence when he does not get his way. All of the lower units flood and he tries to hide it. Please do not, under any circumstances, ever consider living here."
"I applied for an apartment. Nick was to show me the apartment and was an hour late to the showing. I turned in the application on a Thursday and inquired about the application the following Tuesday and was told "I received the information and haven't looked at it yet. I will look at it in the morning and call you" Its now been a month and no call. Its pretty obvious that Nick has no respect for his potential tenants."
"Lived there for several years and this place has way gone downhill...mold everywhere in our apartment.. ceiling in the bathroom collapsing in and nothing was done...a whole second bedroom filled with mold .. nothing done yet again...finally moved about two weeks ago..."
"The property manager Nick sold us a bed that did not belong to him, it belonged to the complex, and then when he thought his boss would find out, he accused us of stealing it, and when that didn't work he made up a lie that my husband held him at knifepoint, and had him arrested. He also rented our apartment right out from under us, and only gave us a 9 day notice to vacate. Hart hotels who own Ellicott Shores now invited us to stay as tenants because we were just staying there for work, and Nick intercepted the invite to make commission off the deposit."
"Called and talked to Nick who agreed to meet me and show me around 2 available apartments. After arriving, I called Nick to see these apartments and he did not answer so I left a voicemail. After 3 days I still have not heard from him and am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism, and that I can't rate this place 0 stars. 0/10 would not recommend!"
