"Places could use a good cleaning to start with. Along with some long overdue repairs, maintenance, and upgrades."
"Ehh.. I guess the place is alright if you don't have too many other options. My personal opinion though is that this place doesn't exactly have the best track record and has been known for all kinds of different illegal activity, which is why you'll see a cop car circle through the place from time to time. I guess what I'm getting at is me personally, I wouldn't want to live there if I had any children that would be residing with me. It's just not the kid friendly environment that I would like to raise my child in."
"This is just an all around awful place! While there are some good and kindhearted that do live in these buildings, there are others that only try to use and take advantage of everyone else. The apartments themselves aren’t even that great either. There are multiple things wrong with a few different apartments that I know of and the landlord does not seem to care nor even make an attempt in fixing things or attempting to have a positive relationship with his tennant’s. He is very rude and not at all professional! You couldn’t pay me to live there and now I am currently trying my hardest to get my blind and sickly mother moved out of that god forsaken place. I had begged her not to even move there but unfortunately she had no other choice at the time and is now very unhappy with the whole situation. I do NOT recommend. For anyone. Ever."
"Noisy complex. Visited this location several times and the neighbors were always noisy. You may hear arguing, constant thumping upstairs, and various other disturbances. I have picked up several clients from this area and they're always sketchy with needle marks on their hands and arms. Some of the tenants love watching you from their windows which is always uncomfortable. Not just look out to see who's there, but legitimately stare at you for a good 30 minutes. My best guess is that this is a rough area to live in."
"For the person living there is income based, but fairly stuck inside due to second level living and not accessible for disabled persons. Still fairly clean. Mostly maintained, some cracking and such of tub. Bathroom flooring not tacked/glued down well, so some point soon could be tripping hazard for disabled tenant."
