"I went there to pick up three pink balloons for my granddaughter Birthday on July 12th When I got home the number one first balloon was half down. I will never go back there again. This is the second time I came to your store and the balloon quality is very poor. It was a waste to spend that kind of money on three balloons and the balloons don’t last before you even walk into the door of your house."
"Horrible experience picking up a curbside order. After checking in for my order pickup, I waited 20 minutes, before I decided to call the store, to let them know that I am here for my order pickup. They told me that they’re a little busy, but they would be out in one minute. I gave it another 10 minutes, before I decided to go inside the store. I went up to the order pick up counter, where it took about 15 minutes for the 2 employees to acknowledge me. There was no one in line, and the employees were having a nice chat about their weekend plans, while blowing up balloons. I finally asked them, if this is not the right counter to pick up an order, which is when they finally acknowledged their customer. I received my order after a total of 45 minutes."
