"I used Penn Tool, June of 2021 to repair an electric hoist. Had great service from them. The hoist broke again, so 01-25-2022 we took it back to them for repair. I called 02/22/2022 (ONE MONTH LATER) and they stated they have not had a chance to look at it. I called 03/25/2022 (TWO MONTHS LATER) and Kevin advised me they had a part on order. I stated I didn’t even approve the estimate and he stated it was a small part. Today, my back up hoist broke so I called to check the status. The gentleman stated they haven’t look at it. I stated that wasn’t what I was advised 3 weeks ago. He put me on hold and came back and stated they have not checked it out yet. After 79 days of it being in their possession, they haven’t even touched my tool, PLUS they lied to me. What kind of business is that? I am picking the hoist up today so I can take to a company who cares about customer service, I will never send anything to these people again!"
