"The absolute worst shoe repair. Took my shoes there to have the soles replaced on a flat shoe over the summer. Took the shoes out to wear for the first time today. While at the resturant the soles on both shoes came off. When I looked at the bottom of the shoe after the soles came off I noticed damage where they took the old sole off the wrong way and created a huge hole on the bottom of both shoes. My shoes are ruined and with the damage I saw it is absolutely no way you could bind a sole to my shoe. Do not take your shoes there if you need your soles replaced. They do not know what they are doing AT ALL!"
