"I had to take my 15 yr old to exchange some shoes I ordered in the wrong size, I must say ALL of the employees were so pleasant even the security guard! They were so helpful and made the exchange super easy."
"I received shoes from this store that I ordered online and the box was poorly taped. I received my shoes with the shoes and their boxes slightly damaged. I only ordered two shoes & this box was big enough to fit about 8 pairs of shoes. Had these shoes been something somebody wanted they would’ve been stolen you could lift the box and see everything that was in it because it wasn’t taped properly."
"I wish I could give them NO stars. Staff were NOT helpful at all. Nobody attended to us the ENTIRE time we were in the store and then when I asked were we going to be serviced, dude really said "You didn't say anything. " I have NEVER been in a shoe store and NOBODY asked me for help! And NO, they weren't busy. There was one who was standing behind the counter who went over to someone else just to stand there and have idle chit-chat while I'm standing there holding 3 shoes that I needed to see. (I was really trying to see how long they would ignore me.) That lady didn't say anything either but he felt the need to go and talk to her...so why did I have to "say" something to someone? The only one that seemed to be working was the red haired young lady who was BUSY HELPING others but the rest of them...shameful. But oh well, I'll spend my funky $200 elsewhere. Don't see them being in business long since they're not pressed about selling shoes...in a shoe store."
"Snipes is a new business to Westside Shopping Center. The store has a great location and was open on time. Staff and security were welcoming. The store is fresh and new with a huge selection of clothing, shoes, backpacks and hats, etc. Staff were busy stocking shelves and were pleasantly courteous. There are so many items to select from. I count this store as a winner, particularly for this upcoming holiday season. I rate this store a 5."
