"I had ordered a pair online and when they arrived were not what I had wanted. The online costumer service was quite the pain but, I came to this store and was extremely impressed. They took my exchange and helped me find the perfect pair with a smile. I am extremely pleased with the help from Gary and another female associate (didn’t catch her name) on both Saturday and Sunday (1/6 & 1/7). Thank you :)"

"I am compelled to give this store a low rating after a series of disappointing experiences. My loyalty was tested during my last visit when I purchased two pairs of crocs along with shoe charms which, to my children’s disappointment, turned out to be Halloween-themed rather than for the holiday season. Realizing the mix-up within ten minutes, I returned to the store expecting a straightforward return process, only to be met with refusal. It’s disheartening that a store of such size and stature would quibble over a $10 return, especially considering the frequency of my visits and purchases. This was my fourth pair of crocs bought in recent weeks, and their inflexibility over such a small sum is bewildering. Despite not having any clearly posted information on such a restrictive return policy, they chose to rigidly enforce it, leading me to return the two pairs of crocs and ultimately, they kept my $10."

"Gary and Maddy are the absolute best! I am sorry it has taken me this long to post this! Went in on 9/29 looking to get some new jibbitz for my niece's birthday. She is incredibly specific about what she wants. First thing I noticed was how clean and organized the store was. (I had been in and out of some of the other stores in the outlet and they were a wreck). Gary greeted me as soon as I walked in. Maddy saw me helpless at the jibbitz display and helped me find all 6 that my niece had requested. Very personally staff, didn't get annoyed when I looked lost digging through bins. 10/10 recommend."

"I went to return a pair of Crocs to this location and was not treated very well by Madison. When I got there, she was sitting on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all when I went up to her. When she finally did, I told her I needed to make a return and she sighed and rolled her eyes at me. I asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager. I ended up just leaving because I didn’t feel comfortable anymore. I wouldn’t expect a manager to be treating customers like this, especially since all my other interactions with Crocs employees are wonderful."
