"Christina Brzezniak, DO's team unprofessional. Call the day of appointment to cancel appointment and don’t reschedule. A different department calls to cancel and apparently it’s patients responsibility to re schedule. Labs delayed in sending to my primary care multiple times. Just a lot of unnecessary back and forth. Thank goodness I don’t have an urgent issue because if I did I’d bleed out to death."
"TLDR: if you or a loved one has been detected with breast cancer, go to Dr Tiwari. You’ll be grateful you did. Like we are. She’s the best oncologist in the area. Period. End of story. When we first found out that my mom had breast cancer, we were pretty distraught. She had no insurance and had passed the timeline for Obamacare. We also did not qualify for Medicare and Medicaid due to her immigration status. My mom already had stage four cancer, which had metastasized from her breast to her spine. Most oncologists recommended palliative care to ensure the cancer does not spread further. While every oncologist we saw prescribed hormonal pills, Dr.Shruti Tiwari studied my mom’s case, considered that spread in her spine was really small advised us to fight back, and take an aggressive approach. She advised chemo surgery, as well as radiation. She also calmed my mom down and said if she cannot take chemo or we see chemo is not helping we can always take the route of hormonal pills. She instilled trust in us and we believed in her completely! Fast forward 1.5 years, my mom is now cured and we are keeping our fingers crossed that it stays that way. Dr. Tiwari came to our life as a light in our darkest of days! She will always have our gratitude for giving our mom back to us!!"
