"I always put in mobile orders at this location, but every single time I do it’s never ready by the time I arrive. The point of mobile order is so I can pick up and go. This time it took over 15 mins to get my order. They initially didn’t even start it and I had to remind them! I wasted so much time and honestly wanted a refund, but was annoyed and didn’t want to talk to anyone at this point. Please be more organized and schedule people to handle mobile orders."
"I wanted to say thank you to the employees of Starbucks. This cafe is always packed with people wanting they're daily drink and I have always seen the employees remain calm and professional as they serve likely thousands of people per day. They are always polite and even will take the time to serve pup cups despite the chaos. Thank you!"
"Consistently rude and dismissive. This is the location closet to my home but I go out of my way to avoid them. Because of this store I’ve stopped being a daily Starbucks customer. Now I only visit maybe twice a week at other locations. I only go to this location when I’m desperate and the other locations are closed. Over the past year, I’ve called customer service several times and nothing changes. The negative reviews all say the same thing. The positive reviews don’t describe any experience I’ve ever had at this location. I won’t be shocked if five positive boiler plate reviews magically appear after this one. Even with high turnover for Starbucks they still keep this one heavyset passive aggressive possible Hispanic male that I believe encourage this dismissive rude behavior. Always rude, always dismissive, often makes mistakes bc they don’t verify orders."
