"My kids LOVE this store. I'm so happy we don't have to drive far for such a commodity. They have a generous amount of toys for every age! Toys you can't find at other places. The book selections are vast. Plenty of books for my teenage son, my pre-schooler & myself. Starbucks Cafe is a bonus. Staff are friendly. We go here often & always have a pleasant experience. Add a few sitting areas, please!"
"Have you ever walked in a store and had to FIND the employees? I thought they were being robbed and were being held in the back; I walked the entire store - and it's a very large store - and after more than 5 minutes - I was about to leave - one employee walked out from a side aisle with another customer. Eventually, two other employees appeared, and I was helped. They didn't have what I was looking for, and they said to call them in a week to see if the item I wanted had come in. No offer to take my name. Just call in a week. I know it's getting hard to keep employees, but it was very unusual to see the entire store deserted like that."
"My teenager kids love books wanted to see another store other than BAM. This book store was very impressive they enjoyed looking around found books they liked. My daughter saw a book she wanted but had a ripped cover and 1 copy out she had great help from a store employee finding another copy in a back room. They have a great game section."
"This store is wonderful. It’s clean + organized, they’ve got a large selection of books in stock, and the staff is friendly + helpful. The best part is I can bring my son and he can have a full experience. Local libraries aren’t doing it for me, but this B&N has a really nice kids section, the books are low to the ground so young children can actually reach them, and has a toy section. I love that the toy section is on the other half of the store because it doesn’t distract from the books. We spent a good amount of time in both sections. We were able to be in there for nearly two hours, never running out of things to do."
