"I want to call out McDonald’s at Crain Highway for a very poor customer service! We only ordered 3 same breakfast meals, with 2 coffee and 1 orange juice, and it took them almost 40 minutes to process and dispense the order. The staff who took the order entered erroneous items, debited more than what was ordered, and the checkout staff dispensed erroneous items multiple times. I was also asked to sign receipts multiple times right on the drive through. I have never seen such a highly disorganized team in a fastfood chain. I hope they consider IQ in hiring employees. If you are a reader who is too sensitive on this feedback, wait till you get your share of their stupidity. This store will be reported."
"Today, I placed an order for two kids' meals at the McDonald's in Bowie. Since the packaged apple slices tend to be stale and lack flavor, I opted to swap them out for kids' fries. My order arrived with the burgers and two additional kids' fries, but the two regular fries that come with the Happy Meal were missing. Unfortunately, the employee at McDonald's was unable to grasp the situation and kept insisting that those were the correct fries for the meal. Despite my efforts to explain the situation twice, the McDonald's employee couldn't seem to understand, and I ultimately left feeling like my kids were robbed on their fries. I intend to reach out to the franchise and inform corporate about the necessity for enhanced customer service training, as well as a deeper understanding of their products and services among the employees."
